Skate Study House

July 6th, 2011

As a skateboarder and bmx rider growing up and having built ramps in my parents’ basement, I can really appreciate what was done with this house. Ever since coming across previous houses with transition-like walls I’ve really wished someone would progress an interiors design further.

The house installation was created by Gil Le Bon De Lapointe and Pierre André Senizergues.

Useless fact for fellow nerds – Pierre AndrĂ© Senizergues is a former freestyle champ in the 80s and the man who started up and still owns Etnies, Emerica & Es skate shoes, alongside 32 snowboard boots & apparel. Top bloke by all accounts!

  2. That is so sick. I would love a house like this. This is way better then when bam margera had ramps bilt in his house. The wood grain makes it look super classy. Good post!
