Nueva Forma has graciously allowed me to post these Listening Pleasures up on the blog for you. Every month they’ve been creating these mixes featuring artists from their own label and also guest artists that they feel fit. The mixes are presented as podcasts and can be downloaded from the website. Each mix is accompanied by the beautiful covers that you see here.
When coming across their website via Colorcubic I just had to share. Each of these mixes has an eclectic group of tracks for an all around great sound. @ Jesse, I also couldn’t get over the first episode. Turned up on my speaks, it sounds quite amazing.
The firm I work at is surround by tall pine trees (pacific northwest staple) and today they were dripping with fog. For some reason the first episode and that view was too perfect. I also can’t stop admiring the photo for #8. That texture/glow is outrageous. I need to figure out a technique for that…
I really dig this label and their direction…the album covers aren’t too shabby either.

@Shelby: Yeah! electronica and ambient are perfect for late night journeys, both working and recreational.
BTW: thanks for that study on the swissair logos; really interesting seeing the evolution of their brand.
