1962 Seattle Worlds Fair

Stumbled upon more images from the 1962 intriguing images from Seattle’s World Fair in ’62. I found it interesting to look at these images and then walk over to the Space Needle and compare just how much they have taken away.

    Those are slick. Really digging the color of these. I like how the point of focus in each image is brightly colored and the things surrounding it are dull.

    That’s rad — Good find Shelby. It’s crazy to see how small all the buildings were in those days and how much the Smith Tower stands out in the 2nd from the top image.

  4. Very cool, love the art aesthetic on the visuals from this era.
